Found these good folks online and they were excellent. Great communicators and the service was exactly what they said it would be. We were met at the jetway, escorted through the fast lane at passport control, and then they helped us with our luggage and got it out to the car for us to be on our way. A seamless, efficient and highly professional service and absolutely would recommend them and well worth the investment.

We used Sky VIP in Rome and Juliana did a fabulous job. She got us through the very busy airport quickly bypassing many long lines.Juliana shared helpful tips to keep us out of trouble too! She also met us early because we arrived early. Juliana also has a delightful personality! We also worked with Aziz in Heathrow for a flight to Palermo. He was kind, patient and polite. He worked hard to get us through airport security very fast. He even talked to gate agents so that we boarded the plane before other passengers. We also used Sky VIP last summer flying into Heathrow and out of Paris. I highly recommend Sky VIP services!

Great service. Perfect for my 85 year old mum traveling alone from east coast to west coast and onto Australia (on diff airlines so couldnt check bags all the way through). They met her in LA, got her luggage with her, took her to international terminal for check in, security and to drop at lounge. We hesitated to book this service. As the flight we were on did not have available premium economy seats when we booked the flight, we decided to try the VIP service. We could not be more pleased. Leguy was marvelous from start to finish, and Elias was great. We breezed through everything at the airport and the entire process was much easier and quicker than we could have imagined. Leguy (who was with us from start at our on-airport hotel through check-in and to the gate), did a superb job, and Elias (who joined us at check-in) was excellent. Both were polite, professional, helpful, and friendly. We were checked in, checked bags, through immigration and security, and at our gate in a fraction of the time it would have otherwise taken. Charles DeGaulle is not an easily navigable airport but we never would have known that if we had used this service every time. Well done.

We had a wonderful experience with SkyVIP. Our greeter was the consummate professional. He met us immediately after we deplaned and escorted us effortlessly through priority customs and passport control. He picked our luggage and walked us directly to our driver for a seamless transition to our waiting spacious and comfortable vehicle for the ride into Paris. My plane was two and a half hours late but the SKYVIP representatve was still waiting for me, smiling, as I disembarked the plane. She whisked me through immigration. SkyVIP Services are exceptional!! We were in France and realized that we had very little time to catch our return flight connection. We called SkyVIP and in no time at all, they had a greeter ready to meet us at CDG airport. He met us at our arrival gate and quickly got us through CDG airport to the waiting area for our departure flight to Boston Logan airport. I highly recommend SkyVIP to everyone! Fantastic service. We had a short international connection in Brussels and then had a delayed incoming flight from Chicago, which left only about 40 minutes for the connection. SkyVIP had been tracking our flight and promptly responded to all of my communications. Jihen was assigned as the Greeter in Brussels. She was wonderful! We recently traveled to Cancun and wanted to book a meet and greet service for our arrival. It was a little last minute and by far SkyVIP was the most responsive, reasonably priced and reliable of all the services we checked. Our greeter was just delightful—she was right where she was supposed to be, greeted us warmly, spoke terrific English, and whisked us through immigration and to the carousel. She handled our luggage, and handed us to our driver. We were on our way to our hotel when the first people from our flight came through immigration! I wanted to share my experience with an outstanding individual who went above and beyond what was required of him during a recent trip that my wife and I took to Germany. I had the pleasure and honor to be a client of Mr. Patrick Tschirky of SkyVIP Services. When we met Mr. Tschirky, it was at the gate of our inbound flight to Frankfurt Airport in Germany. After introductions Mr Tschirky went in to action. He had obviously studied our Itinerary because he had developed a specific and sequential order of events that we needed to accomplish for our particular situation. He had taken into account the crowded conditions at the airport at that time of day and yet smoothly and seamlessly maneuvered us to each place we needed to go to. He was obviously well liked and respected by other airport workers. He had a way of talking with people that left them with a smile on their faces. He quite easily could have led us from one place to the next much faster but he went only as fast as we could go. We never felt hurried or like Mr. Tschirky was trying to "get rid of us." He was very caring and pleasant with us. He spoke with us concerning the weather, road conditions, and anything else that was relevant to us and our visit. I was so impressed by Mr. Tschirky that I hired him again when we departed Frankfurt. I recommend Mr. Tschirky with the highest regards to his work ethic, knowledge, people skills, and organization. We will be returning to Frankfurt again and my first step in planning our return will be to see Mr. Tschirky through SkyVIP again.

I hired skyVIP services for meet and greet services for my partner who is very prone to anxiety and had never even flown before let alone left her country and she was very worried and due to unable to being able to get the time off from work to go and get her myself i hired SkyVIP to help her along the way and i must say i was abit worried at first if she was in capable hands because it was hard not being able to be there for her and support her because she was moving country to come here to live with me but SkyVIP really helped her feel so much better and i think without them she would not have been able to make the trip alone due to how bad she is anxious She had a stopover in shanghai China Pudong airport and was assisted by Richard who actually updated me via messages about his every move and where she is and what part of the process she was going through due to her phone not able to connect to the local wifi and then after assisting her through immigration and security richard even took her to a VIP lounge to relax and refresh before her final flight and then he came back to collect her when it was time for boarding and he stayed with her until she was booked in and walking onto the plane and again he updated me to tell me she had boarded safely i honestly thanked Richard many times throughout this process because i feel he really went above and beyond and kept me as informed as possible i can honestly not fault anything and dont think a better job could have been done! Honestly was skeptical going through a 3rd party but I’d do it all over again. We used the service at HND and we were entering the country with dogs so it could have been a really hectic situation. However, the team on location went above and beyond and our process through immigration and quarantine and getting to our location couldn’t have been better. Additional, working directly with the SkyVIP to coordinate, their communication and explanation with us and the team on the ground was exceptional. Can’t wait to use them again on our next adventure. We have used Sky VIP Services for airport concierge service in Europe several times. It is well worth the money because it saves a lot of time being able to bypass long lines and go straight up to the security, immigration and passport checkpoints. If arriving or leaving from Rome, ask for Allesandra as she was the most helpful person ever assigned to us.

We used SkyVIP services to depart London's Heathrow June 2024. Methew met us at the departing gate. The experience was amazing as we did not have to think about where to go, we just listened to Methew. He took us thru a few paths that saved us a ton of time thru Customs and even helped with the bags! Methew contacted our ride service to ask them to come a bit early as he expedited thru the airport quicker than I could have dreamed of. Since we were still a half hour early, Methew suggested we use the Virgin Atlantic arrivals lounge to freshen up and get something to eat and drink. Brilliant!! I had no idea about the lounge, right there was worth the costs. Methew escorted us from the gate to our car smoothly and stress free. Great guy you have working for you.

My daughter spent 14 hours flight from Narita, Japan to Frankfurt, Germany with her 4 month baby. When landed at Frankfurt, she was tired and exhausted. But after successfully meeting with SkyVIP people, everything went comfortable and smooth. I strongly think SkyVIP service is the right choice for the people who need support like my daughter. Unbelievable experience departing Aruba Airport on a Monday afternoon! The service made the trip to the airport as easy as flying private. Through two customs and two security checks in under 15 minutes, easily would have taken 2 hours without. Will absolutely book again!

We used US VIP Services upon arrival from DFW to Narita. Our greeters were waiting for us at the gate and assisted us with our carryon luggage. We were expedited through customs (greeters had already filled out the necessary paperwork for us) and we were at baggage claim in five minutes from deplaning. We were transferring to a different terminal on a separate ticket and our greeters had arranged a car to expedite the trip to the new terminal. They helped us check into China Air and helped solve a check in issue (passport had middle name and ticket did not). Once checked in they expedited us through security and immigration and escorted us to the airline lounge. Using this service took alleviated all the stress of arriving and transferring in a foreign airport. We highly recommend the service and will use again on our next overseas trip.

SkyVIP was a lifesaver for us in Istanbul. We missed our connecting flight and the greeter helped us with reticketing and securing a hotel room. The next day a greeter met us at the airport at 4:30 am! The Istanbul airport is huge and we would never have been able to figure out where to go without the help of SkyVIP. Of course, I received some great suggestions from the other services "You should reach out a week in advance"....yes great, thank you, but this was not an option. With SkyVIP, I received, "Yes, we will do everything we can to help." AND THEY DID! They stayed in communication with me every step of the way and, sure enough, it got done. They coordinated with someone who helped me navigate through immigration then to a lounge where I could sit and wait before they came to retrieve me for my connecting flight. I would give more stars if I could. The guys are worth every cent they are charging. I’m using the VIP connection service at Istanbul airport for my elderly parents on a regular basis. It’s super convenient and reliable. The back office is responding my emails immediately 24/7. The greeter meets my parents right at the exit from the plane, helps with the luggage, takes them by the electric car to all the controls (fast track included) and then to a lounge, and finally picks them up from the lounge and takes to the gate for the next flight. Last time the arriving flight got seriously delayed, the greeter went above and beyond - he was able to meet them and to check them in for their connecting flight in just 20 minutes, with a dog and all the formalities related. I’m very thankful and highly recommend the service!

SkyVIP Services met us yesterday, December 2, 2023, when we arrived at the airport in Santiago, Chile for our flight to Panama. We were delayed getting to the airport by our cruise ship and barely had enough time to get on the flight. The company's representatives, Maria and Marco expedited the whole process from check-in to immigration to security, getting us through without having to wait in any lines. VIP treatment all the way!! We got on the plane about 3 minutes before the gate closed. Without the services, we would have been stuck at the airport for who knows how long! We plan to hire SkyVIP Services whenever we fly outside of the U.S.

Francisco was the best from start to finish. As soon as he greeted us we breezed through or fast tracked through every single line of the airport while others were waiting for what seemed hours. Super responsive team from SkyVIP and my traveller experienced an exclusive, seamless airport concierge service to avoid the notoriously long LAX queues. I engaged SkyVIP for both directions of travel and I was very happy with the services I was rendered, by Javed. I missed my connection due to airline delays in the first direction and Javed directed me to the transfer desk at CDG as well as helped with communications with the agent. He then assisted thru the various terminals/gates/security screens in 2E as well as gave me a short overview of the terminal we ended in. The yotel isn't clearly indicated and his directions were wonderful in getting me to it. The second direction, my incoming flight was delayed, so the transit time was only 45 mins. Javed streamlined the transfer and I was very glad for his speedy transfer of me thru the security lines to get me to my departing gate. All in all, a rather wonderful experience and I would most definitely engage this team again, and specifically Javed, especially if I were traveling thru CDG. I'll be on the lookout for this service in other airports as well now.

The customer service we received from US VIP was ultimately exceptional. Our greeter Hillary showed highly commendable care and commitment to our handicapped relative, who needed assistance from the bus through security and to the boarding gate. Despite delays and misinformation from the bus, our greeter persevered and shared excellent communication with us. He went above and beyond the call of duty and showed amazing devotion to the customer. He showed a lot of compassion and care, to say nothing of his patience, in a difficult situation.
